Last week the future classroom lab @ctif was teeming with visitors; parents, students and local education team members. Students had got together and planned the evening which included the traditional ribbon cutting ceremony and lots of fun activities. Students showed visitors their projects of all kinds, flashcodes, padlet pages and videos amongst other things. Visitors were able to try out the presentation zone and participate by writing on our on line visitors book. A couple of students demonstated how they get on with programming our two new robots. With the ipads visitors could test out making a film with the green screnn and read the flashcodes. It was a great evening and we hope to have another open day soon to enable more parents to see how students are developing their collaborative and digital skills.
